COLD ROLLED COILS

Coiled steel strips produced by rolling previously hot-rolled steel at room temperature. This process improves the metal’s mechanical properties, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy, making it stronger, more durable, and with a smooth, shiny appearance compared to hot-rolled products.

HOT ROLLED PICKLED COILS

Coiled steel strip produced by hot rolling and subjected to a chemical pickling process that removes rust, scale, and other processing residues, leaving a clean and uniform surface. This improves the surface quality, making it more suitable for subsequent processes such as stamping and cold forming.

HOT-DIP GALVANIZED COILS

Rolled steel strips undergo an anti-corrosion protection process in which the metal is immersed in a bath of molten zinc at approximately 450°C, forming a protective layer of iron-zinc alloy that protects the steel from rust with a double action (physical barrier and electrochemical protection), ensuring durability and resistance.

ALUMINUM COILS

Rolled steel strips coated with a layer of aluminum and silicon by a continuous hot bath, after rolling and preheating. Ideal for roofing, facades, and carpentry, they are widely used for the production of gutters, pipes, and other roofing accessories because they offer greater durability.

COIL TAPING
