Coil Shearing

This operation allows us to obtain custom sizes directly from rolls. All our lines are equipped with two shears: a circular one for longitudinal cutting and a guillotine for transverse cutting.
This system allows for good cost efficiency for processes that do not require specific flatness tolerances, which require first obtaining the strip and then flattening it. It also allows us to produce small sizes due to the advantage of not having to rework.
Three of our four lines are banding machines, making them suitable for straightening operations, including the 2000 mm wide one. The remaining one is a 19-roller sextuple leveler with a width of 1500 mm.
The average production capacity is approximately 7,000 kg/hour, considering the average size of the sizes and thicknesses ranging from 0.4 to 3 mm.
