Coil Taping

This operation involves cutting the roll into strips of the required dimensions using a longitudinal cutting line consisting of an unwinder, a circular shear for various dimensional assemblies, a tensioning press, and a reel for rewinding the resulting strips.
The strips are unloaded and individually packaged with pneumatic strapping, according to standard specifications or those required by the customer’s purchase specifications.
Production capacity depends exclusively on processing volumes, decreasing significantly under frequent assembly conditions. On average, this can represent a throughput of 30-50,000 kg/day.
